In the current harvest season, the pace of production of a crop such as soybean in Brazil has every chance of becoming the highest over the past few decades.
Based on forecasts made by experts from the reputable analytical service Datagro Consultoria, in the 2019-2020 season, Brazilian farmers can harvest a generous soybean crop in the amount of about one hundred twenty-six million tons.
For clarity, it will not be amiss to note that last season Brazilian farmers pleased the state with a soybean crop in the amount of one hundred sixteen million seven hundred sixty thousand tons.
It will not be superfluous to emphasize that favorable weather, sparing climatic conditions and an increase in the area under soybean cultivation contributed to an increase in the volume of the crop. This season there was an increase in the area by two percent. In total, the share of soybeans on the country's agricultural land is thirty-six million eight hundred thousand hectares.
“This is a record square! - Proudly emphasized in the Ministry of Agriculture of Brazil. “This has not happened in our country yet!”
It is also important to add that this season Brazilian suppliers intend to ship at least seventy-eight million tons of soybeans to the foreign market. The season earlier, the shipment rate was seventy-one million seven hundred thousand tons.
