Canada's NatureFresh Farm introduced the world to a line of smaller cucumbers called the Unveiled Mini Cucumber. The main difference of the new variety is the atypical skin color of the greenish-white hue, which makes it look like zucchini. This variety has the usual taste for a cucumber, fresh taste and crispy texture.
These cucumbers are juicy and filled with fiber and antioxidants. They can be used as a healthy snack, as well as an ingredient for dishes. They stand out for their unique appearance: their skin is unusually smooth and light. Such cucumbers can not be peeled, said nutritionist Taylor Bailey.
The NatureFresh Press Service notes that the North American cucumber market is in a constant development and is always happy to welcome new products.
Cucumbers unveiled mini cucumber
The line of vegetables has high potential, as retail outlets are constantly trying to attract customers with something new and provoke sales growth.
“When our team first received this mini-cucumber, we were primarily attracted to the unusual color, however, after trying it, we immediately realized that the look was complemented by great taste,” added Matt Quiring, Executive Retail Manager.
