The National Agricultural Chamber of Hungary draws the attention of those working in agriculture to the fact that, at the request of the Chamber, the curfew, effective from March 28, 2020, will allow for agricultural work.
As stated in a government decree of March 27, 2020, there are good reasons for leaving the place of residence.
Hungary produces a unique wine product - Tokay essencemade from raisins. The drink is unique in taste and very expensive.
These reasonable reasons include working in business, an obligation to work, conducting economic, agricultural and forestry activities, as well as the acquisition of materials (especially technical goods, building materials and tools) that are necessary for their work.
According to the Decree, there are also good reasons to go out to buy pet food, at a farm store, including a fertilizer store and a slaughterhouse, at a market, at a local farmer's market, and at a drug and medicine store.
Other good reasons for decree include visiting a gas station, using transportation services, services related to the repair of agricultural and forestry machinery and equipment, as well as services related to waste management.
