In the Kazatinsky district, a biogas power station began operation, which is the first industrial biogas power station in the Vinnitsa region. This was reported on the website of the Vinnitsa Regional State Administration.
The station capacity is 3 MW. Dutch technology allows recycling not only waste, but also secondary material resources of agricultural production.
This facility will be the first biogas power plant in the country, which was built and equipped with Ukrainian technological equipment at 65% under European licenses.
The equipment was made at the Kazatinsky engineering division of the Ukrainian technology company. It is planned that the pulp of the local plant will be processed here, as well as molasses, tops, crop residues, silage and other plant residues from local farms.
The opening of the biogas station opened 50 new jobs for employees and about 500 for workers. Planned activities for the production of the first stage of 100 million UAH / year.
The actual harvest of grain crops in Ukraine is 100 million tons per year. At the same time, the amount of organic residues that decay is at least 150 million tons / year.
The station will produce not only electricity, but also thermal energy, as well as the active biomass of microorganisms and humic acids. If nature needs decades to synthesize humus, then it is created in a bioreactor in a few days.
Fertilizers are returned to the soil, which restores black soil. Such stations will be able to provide Ukraine not only with 100% of their own gas, heat, environmental electricity, but also help restore and preserve black earth.
- Ukrainian poultry farms have every opportunity for the effective implementation of biogas technologies.
- Technological biogas station began work in the Lyubashevsky district, located in the Odessa region.
- Earlier we wrote about the fact that the construction of the first stage of a biogas plant with a capacity of 12 MW is being completed at the Ladyzhinsky poultry farm in the Vinnitsa region.
- Two large poultry enterprises in Ukraine (in the Kiev and Dnepropetrovsk regions) at the stage of choosing a solution for the utilization of poultry manure compared pyrolysis and biogas technologies.
- In the city of Kamenetz-Podolsky, Khmelnitsky region, it is planned to erect three biogas plants operating on chicken manure, silt, bard (waste from the production of alcohol) and waste from growing plants.
