This is a recipe for pickled green tomatoes without sterilization.
To prepare it you will need (on a 3-liter jar):
- green tomatoes (how much will fit in a jar);
- dill umbrella;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- 3 bay leaves;
- on a branch of currant and cherry;
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara;
- 1 tbsp. salt (with a slide);
- 1 tsp acetic acid (70%).
Did you know? In immature tomatoes there is a toxic substance - solanine. It is believed that if you eat more than 5 fruits, you can be poisoned. Harmless fruit makes heat treatment or soaking in salt water.
The process consists of the following steps:
- Wash dishes with soda.
- Wash the tomatoes.
- Place greens at the bottom.
- Fill the jar tightly with tomatoes.
- Boil water and slowly pour the vegetables. Leave on for 15 minutes.
- Drain the water and boil again.
- Pour the vegetables a second time. Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes.

These are pickled green tomatoes sliced.
For it you will need the following ingredients:
- 5 kg of green tomatoes;
- 1 bunch of chopped dill;
- 2 heads sliced garlic;
- 3 chili peppers;
- 6 bell peppers;
- 1 bay leaf (per jar);
- 4-5 pcs. allspice (per jar);
- 4 l of water;
- 2 g of salt;
- 1.5 tbsp. vinegar.
- Wash well 1 liter. cans (8 pcs.) and tomatoes.
- Cut the small tomatoes into quarters, and those that are larger into 6 parts.
- Prepare the filling from diced peppers, garlic and dill.
- In each jar we put pepper and a bay leaf.
- Fill tomatoes with a third of the capacity.
- Sprinkle a bowl of tomatoes 1 tbsp. toppings from peppers (repeat the balls one at a time to get 3 balls of tomatoes and peppers).
- For brine, add salt, sugar and vinegar to boiling water.
- Pour the vegetables with boiling brine and put the jars in a container for sterilization.
- We fill the tank with boiling water so that the jars are covered up to the neck.
- From the moment of boiling, sterilize for 10 minutes, and for the tomatoes to be soft - 20 minutes.

You can also cook green tomatoes with garlic and carrots.
For the marinade you will need:
- 2.5 liters of water;
- 1 tbsp. Sahara;
- 2 tbsp. l (without slide) of salt;
- 350 ml of vinegar.
- 1 bay leaf;
- 3-4 pcs. black pepper;
- 3 clove sticks;
- 3 sprigs of parsley;
- 0.5 cloves of garlic - for 1 tomato;
- 0.5 medium carrots per jar.

- Wash dishes and vegetables well.

You need to take liter cans, as well as the following ingredients:
- tomatoes (how much will fit into banks);
- put greens (dill, cherry and currant leaves) to taste.
- 5 pieces. allspice;
- 4 things. cloves;
- 4 cloves of minced garlic;
- 1 bay leaf;
- 1 tsp of vinegar essence (70%), add at the very end, before rolling up the lid.
