Recently, representatives of the World Association of Apple and Pear Producers shared interesting information with the general public.

It turned out that, based on expert forecasts, such a variety as Golden Delishes will become the leader in apple sales on the world trade scene this year.

After analyzing the data provided by three dozen of the largest producers and suppliers of apples from different countries, the experts of the Association came to the conclusion that this year gardeners plan to collect over two million three hundred thirty thousand tons of fruits of this variety by the end of the season.

In second place in popularity with the world's largest manufacturers is the variety Gala.

Variety of apples Red Delicious

According to preliminary estimates, in 2019, about one and a half million tons of fruits of this variety will be harvested.

"Bronze" of popularity goes to the Red Delicious variety.

Variety of apples Champion

In this case, a high yield is expected - up to six hundred and fifty-six thousand tons, according to the World Association of Apple and Pear Producers.

Variety of Apples Gala

It will not be superfluous to note that there is a high demand in the world market for such apple varieties as Idared and Champion with a forecast of five hundred fifty two thousand tons and four hundred sixty six thousand tons, respectively.
