According to the plan of investors, a large-scale parking complex in the Southern Autonomous Okrug of Moscow is being re-qualified as a modern and high-tech urban-type farm.

“A cigarette factory was located here earlier,” enthusiastic investors say about the building, where today there is a multi-story parking lot on 27 thousand square meters. - After the reorganization, the tobacco factory was removed from this territory, and we organized a parking lot. However, it is not in high demand among Muscovites. Therefore, today we intend to build a module on the site of the parking complex for growing various vegetables, fruits and other agricultural plants. ”

The project was sent for approval to the Moscow administration personally to the mayor of the city. If Sergei Sobyanin approves the program, the farm will be located on Kashirskoye Highway on an area of ​​more than 50 thousand square meters. Investors are confident that such a scale, combined with cutting edge technology, will allow them to collect an annual crop of more than 20 tons per day.

“The crops will be grown in a vertical type,” the project organizers say. “Thus, we will be able to competently manage the territories and get the maximum benefit and yield.”
