As for horses, their number over the same period increased by almost forty percent. And the number of domesticated birds in agricultural enterprises of the republic increased by about fifteen and a half percent.
If we talk about changes in the number of livestock species such as goats and sheep, then, alas, there is a tendency to decrease in the number of individuals. We are talking about a drop in indicators by thirty-three percent.
It will not be superfluous to note that in the first five months of this year, the pace of production for slaughter of animals and birds in live weight significantly increased in the territory of the Republic of Chechnya.
Such information was shared by employees of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. It is known that from the first days of 2019 to the moment, this figure has grown by almost five percent and amounts to more than six hundred and thirty tons.
