2018 was an unusually fertile year for the cheese makers of the Tomsk region. Today, Tomsk milkmen have more than fifty kinds of cheeses.“We are focused on the production of a unique authentic cheese according to old recipes of local cheese-makers and according to the original recipe brought from other countries,” say cheese production specialists in the Tomsk region. - In 2018, we were able to please fellow countrymen with such novelties as the spicy Siberian Goat and the conservative Holland. We regularly hold interesting workshops on cheese production among the residents of our region, involve in our work and communicate with a wide audience of world famous cheese makers and often arrange tastings according to all the rules. ”

We add that in the outgoing year 2018, the total volume of cheese production in the Tomsk Region amounted to about 270 tons, if we take into account not only private cheese factories, but also large cheese production plants. These figures exceed the volume of 2017 by as much as 50 tons.
