A few days remained before the grandiose event on the territory of the Republic of Tuva - local residents and guests of the region are looking forward to the start of a large-scale gastronomic forum, which is held annually in honor of the holiday of local pastoralists Naadym.
We are talking about an event called “Tuva Lamb”, which starts on July 13, 2019 and will last two days in the vastness of the Tos-Bulak settlement. It will not be difficult to find the forum venue - it will be located only nine kilometers from the republican capital, the city of Kyzyl.
It is known that the first time the forum was held two years ago and then had the format of the festival. However, the main object of the event was and remains the pride of the republic - lamb.
The organizers of the forum set themselves the goal of popularizing mutton of local production among consumers and arouse interest among investors from other business facilities of the Russian Federation.
It is noteworthy that the inhabitants of Tuva are absolutely convinced of the unique properties of local mutton and consider it the most delicious and high-quality in comparison with a similar product from different parts of the country and the world.
The start of the Tuva Lamb event this year will be marked by the signing of an agreement to popularize authentic meat of local sheep and rams under the auspices of the brand, which bears the same name as the forum itself.
Throughout the two days of the celebration, the most skilled culinary specialists of Tuva will delight guests of the festival with workshops on cooking lamb delicacies. In addition, the program of the forum plans to establish a new record for the Guinness Book. We are talking about Kara-moon soup, which will be cooked in a giant cauldron created by Siberian craftsmen.
