The fourth place went to the Lipetsk region last month in the all-Russian rating of prices for the minimum set of provisions.
A total of eighty-five constituent entities of the Russian Federation were included in the list, the Federal State Statistics Service said.
In a similar rating among the regions of the Central Federal District 2019, Lipetsk Oblast took second place.
It is important to note that the average price of the minimum food set among the regions of the country is a little more than four thousand three hundred and fifty rubles. While the cost of the Lipetsk similar set does not exceed three thousand seven hundred and two rubles.
According to Rosstat employees, last month, out of eighteen regions of the Central Federal District, the cost of socially significant food in the Lipetsk Region was the lowest.
In particular, the least expensive for residents of the region compared to other subjects of the Central Federal District is beef on bones, frozen fish, vegetable oil from sunflower seeds, eggs of domestic chickens, as well as bakery products from rye and rye-wheat flour and apples.
