Thousands of years ago, our ancestors already used amaranth for food and found it to be used in sacred rituals. The modern generation has also managed to appreciate the benefits of the plant and its extraordinary nutritional value, which even everyone's favorite rice can envy.

Employees of NPK Amarant know first-hand about the stunning features of this culture. The company, which is engaged in the processing of plants, is preparing for a new stage of production.

“Very soon we will launch a unique elevator for processing amaranth,” the company said. - The fact that in our country there is still no such equipment is an extremely sad fact.

Unscrupulous manufacturers dry amaranth using electricity or infrared radiation, which has a detrimental effect on the beneficial properties of the plant. ”

According to the head of NPK Amarant, Andrei Shvedov, amaranth can be dried only at temperatures up to 40 degrees Celsius. The higher the temperature, the more likely it is to completely discount the product.

In 2019, in the Nikolaev region, a special intellectual elevator will work, which will allow you to process amaranth in optimal conditions. And then Ukrainians can be sure of the quality of the consumed product. The project is currently under discussion with investors.
