Over the past year, those goods that are most often purchased by eco-conscious citizens of the Russian Federation at their table have become 13% more expensive. We are talking about healthy cereal bars without sugar, granola, vegetables, fruits, berries grown in ecologically clean areas in organic conditions, dietary meats (white poultry, lean beef, etc.), as well as cereal breads and cereals.

According to statistics experts of the Takskom company, the country's residents are increasingly introducing the rules of a healthy lifestyle into their lives and making their daily diet more natural and balanced.

Rising demand allows marketers to raise prices, and today vegetables on Russian markets are 5% more expensive than a month ago. At the same time, the offer is growing - as market analysts say, the range of organic vegetables on domestic trading floors increased by 11% in just a month.

Chicken meat is growing in popularity, which today is 9% more expensive than in April – May 2018. The abundance of fruits today is 9% higher than a year ago, but the price does not stand still - the growth for the year is 6%.

It should be noted that today, residents of the Russian Federation are buying less and less alcohol. But another no less harmful product - sugar - does not lose ground and still often finds itself in the grocery basket of average Russians.
