In the family economy of Galina Pushkar from the city of Kivertsy, Volyn Region, organic raspberries, strawberries, potatoes, sea buckthorn, currants and cabbage are grown. Now in the farm of Galina Pushkar, many types of products are certified as organic.

Direct speech: “We switched to the production of organic products for several years. Every year, the farm did an analysis of the land, kept records of crops and fields, where fertilizers and plant protection products were noted.

We began to make organic fertilizers, prepare the land for certification. The geographical location of the berry field met the requirements, since there are no farms nearby that use chemical products.

If organic products are sold in a regular store, then they should be fully packaged to exclude harmful substances from neighboring non-oranic products.

Productivity is 15 tons / ha. Having prepared all the necessary documents, we received a certificate from organic production, ”says Galina Pushkar.

Before that, Galina already had experience working with berries. She had to work in Poland on raspberry berries. There she learned a lot, and from there she brought the first seedlings. Currently, the farm grows products to order of many enterprises of Volyn and neighboring regions. The farm plans to open a livestock farm.
