The production of a unique product - honey soufflé was established by the only pedigree apiary in the Kherson region.

This was told on his page on the social network Facebook director of the Department of agribusiness of the region Alexander Palivoda. The farm "Tavrian beekeeper" has released an original product - honey souffle.

This honey mix is ​​a combination of honey with fruits or nuts, an extremely popular product in European countries. Fruits, nuts, berries and spices add bright notes to the dessert, and special cooking technology makes the product moderately sweet.

Alexander Palivoda congratulated the Kherson manufacturers on a new step in the development of production, since the creation of such craft products is a significant contribution to the realization of agricultural and agro-tourism potential.

For information, the farm "Tavria beekeeper" is engaged in growing grapes and breeding bees of Ukrainian steppe breed. The farm is the only one in the Kherson region that has a certified pedigree apiary. The enterprise contains 200 bee families.

The gross yield of honey per bee colony is 20 kg, per year - about 4 tons. The farm is also engaged in the wholesale of grapes directly from the plantations as it ripens.
