In the very near future, in the town of Elektrostal near Moscow, a farm can appear for growing strawberries in greenhouse conditions throughout the year.
Talk about this was conducted between the head of the Moscow regional administration Andrei Vorobyov and the creator of the Sovkhoz Elektrostalsky enterprise, Yevgeny Rostov, as part of the International Economic Forum, which was held in St. Petersburg last week.
As a result, the negotiations resulted in an agreement, the third party of which was Naotaka Minezaki, the head of the Moscow branch of the Marubeni Corp enterprise, whose head office is based in Japan.
In the near future, all organizational aspects of the construction of a new strawberry farm will be agreed. And the initiators of the project are convinced that the new enterprise will serve as an excellent incentive for the development of the strawberry processing industry in the Moscow region.
It is no secret that more than seven billion rubles will be invested in the creation of a strawberry growing enterprise throughout the year. However, such generous investments will allow the project organizers to launch the first batch of high-quality strawberries on the market next year.
And it will not be superfluous to note that the farm in question will provide consumers of the capital region not only with fragrant and juicy berries throughout the year, but will also give them jobs and stable wages.
