Properly baked fish may well become a great addition to not only everyday, but also a festive table, the main thing is to know what to combine this product with. In the circle of housewives, recipes for cooking goodies using rice, vegetables and hard cheese have gained deserved popularity. True, there are several options for creating a full-fledged second course in the oven. Of course, each cooking process will have its own characteristics, which it is better to know about before you begin to perform specific actions.
Selection and preparation of ingredients
On the shelves you can find both peeled and unpeeled pink salmon carcasses, but in any case, the fish should not be shabby and without an unpleasant odor. The belly of a quality product is even, fairly flat (unless caviar is inside), the scales are shiny and smooth, and the gills are light red in color, not pale. - First, cook the washed spinach and broccoli in a separate container, slightly salting the water (after boiling in the liquid for 2 minutes, first send the broccoli, and after removing the spinach, boil it for no longer than 1 minute).
- Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and put rice cooked in salted water into it, leveling it with an even layer, 1 cm thick.
- Spread boiled broccoli and julienne carrots on top of the rice.
- The next layer is three portioned pieces of pink salmon.
- To create a fill, break 3 eggs into a separate bowl and beat them together with spinach and sour cream. For whipping, it is most convenient to use an immersion blender.
- Salt and pepper the fill to taste, and then pour everything onto the fish, about half filling the baking dish.
- Grate the cheese and, together with the nut crumbs, put it in a baking dish, covering all the previous ingredients.
- Place the future dish in an oven preheated to 160 degrees and leave to bake for 30-40 minutes. As soon as the surface is well browned - it's time to get the fish casserole.

- Peel slightly frozen fish and cut into slices 2-3 cm thick each.
- Cut a piece of foil (40–50 cm long or most at your discretion) and lay out the resulting fish pieces on it, placing them with the skin down.
- Sprinkle each piece of fish with salt and pepper, gently rubbing the seasoning into the texture of the fibers.
- Lubricate the surface of the fish with mayonnaise and lay out the onion, chopped in half rings, previously salting it with a small amount of salt.
- Pour the grated carrots on top of the onion so that it forms a kind of fur coat on the fish.
- At the end of the process of packing pink salmon, move the rice on top of the vegetables, gently leveling it with a spoon or forming a small mound (it should be placed in the center of the dish).
- Wrap the fish in foil, covering it with another part of the same sheet, and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- After the specified time, remove the appetizer from the oven, wait until it cools down a little and put it on the serving plates.
Important! For baking pink salmon in foil, it is best to prepare a glass container in which the fish can evenly bake from all sides.

- Defrost pink salmon, wash it under running water, and if necessary, get rid of entrails and head. Cut into suitable portions.
- Spread the meat with mayonnaise, picking up each part of the fish.
- Peel onions and carrots, chop them into cubes.
- Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and pour the prepared onion, frying it on all sides for about 5 minutes (stirring regularly in the "Frying" mode).
- After the onions are ready, add the carrots to the bowl and continue to fry everything together for another 5–7 minutes.
- Pour the washed rice to the fried vegetables, leave the ingredients to fry for another 2-3 minutes, and then put the spices and pour water, gently mixing the future side dish.
- On the rice surface, put pieces of pink salmon greased with mayonnaise, close the multicooker lid, set the mode to “Pilaf” or “Baking” and cook until the appliance sounds (on average, the cooking process takes no more than half an hour).
- Before serving, it is recommended to sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs, which will make it even more fragrant and mouth-watering.
